What to expect — read this first
Before you talk to the AI, here’s exactly what happens.
You’re about to have a conversation with an AI. Before you do, here’s what happens during it, what we do with what you share, and what you can honestly expect back. It takes a couple of minutes to read — and it makes the whole thing make sense.
It starts with a conversation — an actual voice conversation
The first step isn’t a form or a quiz. It’s a spoken conversation with Ultra, an AI guide. You talk; it listens and asks questions, the way a careful intake conversation would. You don’t need to prepare anything or fill anything out — you just need to be ready to talk honestly about how you’re doing: your sleep, your energy, your stress, and what you’ve already tried. You can do it from your phone, and it takes about ten minutes.
The whole process, step by step
No surprises. Here is the entire journey, from your first words to what lands in your inbox.
You talk.
A roughly ten-minute voice conversation with Ultra. It asks about your situation; you answer in your own words. There are no wrong answers and nothing to prepare — just talk naturally, the way you would to someone who’s actually paying attention.
What you share is captured.
Everything you say is written down as you go. You can also upload documents, lab results, or notes from your phone — anything that helps build a clear, accurate picture of where you actually are.
It’s analyzed, and a human reviews it.
Your conversation is turned into a written analysis automatically. Then a human looks at the general nature of what you shared. Here’s the honest version of how that part works:
The honest version of what happens to your information
A human reviews the general nature of what you share. We don’t promise everyone one-on-one, personal attention — that’s simply the truth of it. What earns a closer look is straightforward: rich, honest information. The more clearly and truthfully you describe your actual situation, the more likely your information is to get real attention.
And one real caution: don’t exaggerate. If you amplify how bad things are because you think it’ll move you up the line, it does the opposite — overstated severity makes your information less likely to be reviewed further, not more. Give an honest picture, no better and no worse than it actually is. That, genuinely, is what gets you the most out of this.
You hear back.
You’ll get an email — usually the next day — with an initial analysis of what you shared, a preview of your next conversation, and a few follow-up questions. Most people have one or two more short conversations; some have up to three.
It continues.
Over time you build a clear picture of where you started, and you track what actually changes when you change something. That’s the point — not a quick answer, but a system you can watch working.
What we promise — and what we don’t
- A human reviews the general nature of what you share.
- We don’t guarantee one-on-one, personal attention to everyone.
- The richer and more honest your input, the more attention it earns.
- This is wellness coaching, not medical care — it isn’t a diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn’t replace your doctor.
That’s the whole process.
If it makes sense and you’re ready, the next step is to create your account and start your first conversation. You’ll go through the same quick registration as anyone else.
